Nice to meet you @Canna-Cbus ! Fellow Ohioian here lol. Is the pant on the right taking in to much water?
I run fabric pots on self watering bases for fear of over/under watering.
The reason i ask this is because both plants look roughly the same color from your pics, bit the leaves are curled down ward on the right plant, with no yellowing tips or signs of nitrogren issues. ( atleast to my eye)
Hopefully it snaps out of it for ya! 
Ohio goop sounds interesting, i am not sure i have ever had someone let me try any of that over the years!

I flushed them both on Wednesday and again on Saturday and I used the same amount of water for both, she’s just taking an extra day or two. I had a ppm build up. Both looked like that yesterday. Just before Sundays flush they both looked good.
I expect her to turn back around today, I hope.

Happy late 4th everyone, I have had some struggles with my ladies. I have them under control now though. My previous watering/feedings were not enough water to push the salts out of them.
After that the right plant was over watered and starved. I fought it for about a week.
Yesterday I fed them with 6.0ph’d at 2137ppm in and my runoff was around 820 ppm and pH on the left was 6.6 and 7.02 on the right. But today looked like this.
I think I have got them under control now.

So, ready to flip, I moved the lights further away running last day 24 on then lower the lights then flip to 12/12.

This is day 5 of flower(yesterday), stretch is kicking in, fed at 2200 ppm and 5.8ph, runoff was 890 and 919ppm and 6.6ph and 6.56ph.. filling up my space well.
