Wow @Niala. Your knowledge never ceases to amaze me.

I have been growing what feels like FOREVER. Have always been under the impression 1 plant to a pot as the roots would strangle each other. I hate falling for junk knowledge and myths. Thanks for the real scientific facts.

You are a true asset to this forum and the lab. I don’t comment to u much but am always lurking and grateful for your input.

Its some cool science when you start looking into it and make sense in nature they dont all get their own little patch of land right lol

Country is there a minimum pot soze you recommend for trying 2 in 1? I have been eyeing my spare 5 gall… thinking ill starter pot then xplant straight to the 5

I would use a bigger pot myself
The way i size my pot when i did a trial run was 5 gallon per plant so i used a 20 gal and did 4 wwa just to try it out
In this case the bigger the pot the better
Min 10 gal for 2 plants @PurpNGold74 id say
@Niala do you have anything to add on this subject?

Hi Niala,
I am planning on planting 4 x Bergmans Gold Leaf Autos in 2 x 7 gallon fabric pots as an experiment in space saving and horticultural experience.
My question to you is thus : Should I top them or leave them to flourish ?

Been a bit since ive seen @Niala around. Definitely knows his/her ish.

Honestly? If its ur noob years growing? Id start each plant in a seperate pot. The roots will jockey for space and the plants will wrestle for light. Its not impossible… heck i grew two (12-12 from seed) in a 1 gallon. The weaker plant was definitely underserved tho.

I imagine 2 autos in a 7 gallons SHOULD be fine, but its gonna be kinda tricky without solid reefer raising knowledge

Hi James, honnestly, I never grown an autoflowering cannabis plants, however, you can early top an autoflowering one, of that I were personally witness, yes it can be done, but, at an early stage but pass 4 nodes… Sorry for the late reply…
