So i have a new motto for flipping plants into flower. “If you have plenty of flower veg longer, if you are low on flower flip them quick” lol

make one! it’s simple but i drug my feet making it just being lazy lol. but home depot has pvc cutters for $13 and the pipe + elbow joints couldn’t have been more than $6-8 total and they had the super strong clamps i used to set it on and keep it in place in a bucket by the front for $1 each. they didnt quite fit the pipe on my tent but i just cut shoved an extra piece of pvc to hold it in place like so…
and just put set the net down on top. i felt embarrassed by how easy it all was, still took be about 45 minutes to get it all right and knotting the net to the pipe on did take 20 mintues on its own, but I should have done this a while ago it was so simple lol

I love this idea LOL i am way lazier then you lol i used a net and then i used my plant ties to fasten it to the tent polls. I am going to make one next season the holes are just to big on the net. they are 6" holes i would prefer 4" Love the use of the hand clamps to secure it. Growers are so talented. We think of all types of stuff to modify our gardens.

Do you have a grow journal for that plant here? If not, I’m wondering if it’s soil or hydro and how long you vegged.
I don’t have a journal on that one. I did record the harvest results and a link to the grow journal that I emulated. It was in fox farms ocean forest soil and it vegged for 3 weeks.

hey guys, good morning, i think one of my bag seed plants might be autoflower? only have 2 left in the tent but here’s the one i found in an ounce of Barry White i got from a dispensary
she looks like she’s starting to bud to me but i’m not real sure… here is her tent sister(i don’t know what kind of plant the mom was on this one, it was one i saved before i ever planned to grow) :
this one is just a day younger than the one found in the Barry White, but there’s no little buds on her yet so i was wondering if the first might be autoflower. i’ve switched on my red flowering lights for like a week now but they are still on a 14 on 10 off schedule.

could it be flowering because of something I did? Or is just going on it’s own? They went one day without light then 6 days later another day without light while i was gone but that was almost exactly a month ago tho. other than that they’ve had the same light schedule since they popped pretty much

Just noticed your light schedule. Are you using one of those push button timers? They are hard to be accurate with and just being two buttons off and you’re at 13.5 light on schedule and can trigger flowering.

yeah i am and now that you mention it I know i’ve gone in to the lights being off a little sooner than i thought they should. in the future should i do 15 hours a day just in case? they seem to get kinda droopy if i leave it on for a full 16 but i can do that if i need too.

What I did to combat that, and heat, was ran 6/2 light schedule. So 6am-12pm on, 12pm-2pm off, 2pm-8pm on, 8pm-10pm off, 10pm-4am on, 4am-6am off and repeat.

No, you can extend the light hours. The plant will go into a stage of what is called revegetation where it will start throwing funky single rounded leaves out. Then it will continue vegetation until you decrease the light hours to start flowering again. You will lose weeks as it’s not a short process. If you’re good with the size it is now, go ahead and put them on 12/12.

Glad you found the answers you need. I love this community myself i am still a new grower also its only my 3 harvest and i still have questions from time to time. I know these guys love to help and grow so i do not get all the (You are a moron) replies like on some other sites. @raustin was a huge help i think she is on summer break but when she comes back she has a lot of great advice for us home gamers. This whole community does actually LOVE LOVE LOVE ILGM
