Is the light through the window their primary light source? You will need to supplement or they will stretch and bend toward the window.

Yes that was all I had for the first two weeks. Tomorrow I am pkacing them under 2 600 watt cfl lights

Young seedlings only need 50 - 100 watts. Depending on the lights’ output, you probably only need one light for now. Can you dim them, use the dimmer. Veg / Bloom switches - use Veg only for a while. Use recommended hanging height. Maybe a touch higher at first. Basically, you do not want to cook the girls with too much light right now.

What beardless said, also when you go into flower you could leave your veg and bloom switches on together. I’d put them on a surge protector if you haven’t already too depending on how much watts it pulls to be safe, ya don’t want anything tripping in your house electricity wise.
