@Beginner3400 I personally like Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. Alot of people say it’s too hot, but I’ve honestly had no issues with that at all. Just pH the water everytime u water for the first five weeks until all the nutrients are flushed out of the soil, then u start feeding her ur own mix of nutrients. I use Fox Farm liquid trio which is just Big Bloom, Grow Big and Tiger Bloom. pH it everytime u feed or water, 5ml of cal-mag everytime u water and ur pretty much golden

@Newbiegrower I’ve seen alot of people switch to coco and jacks and they now swear by it. Pretty sure I’m eventually gonna jump ship and try coco one day. I really am loving this FFOF soil tho I can’t lie

Love it, I’m a new grower. I start germination today. Nice setup! I still have a lot of items to get. Quick question “how do you store your extra seeds until ready for use?” I don’t want them to go bad while I’m waiting for next planting cycle to begin. Thanks for the encouragement.

Opinions will vary. Coast of Maine makes good soil. So does Royal Gold. Fox Farms was fine for me beginning, but it comes with a built in pH tank around week 6-8 depending on how you water. If you follow a Fox Farms feed schedule to the T, it’ll be fine. If you don’t, expect some (curable but annoying) issues

Grayson, appreciate you. I’m on it.

Good Morning,

I fed the plants today and have a few questions. My ppm out was higher than ppm in. I remember someone saying this might be a possible lockout. All of them are flushed with sledgehammer (4days ago) and fed today. Is there any problems with my numbers?

Here is the data:
GG
15ml big bloom, 10ml grow big, 10ml tiger bloom
Ph in 6.7
Ph out 6.4
Ppm in 1322
Ppm out 1397

After the sledgehammer a few days ago her ppm out was 767 and ph out was 6.3

BB
15ml big bloom, 10ml grow big, 10ml tiger bloom
Ph in 6.7
Ph out 6.4
Ppm in 1625
Ppm out 1296

After the sledgehammer a few days ago her ppm out was 651 and ph out was 6.2

Pictures update
