Heres an update on my grow.
The two SLH are gaining some momentum, probably fimming a little early but the one got it today on the 5th node coming in. Little, crooked helmet head despite her burns and pushing through the dirt with a cap on, has been hanging with the best of them.
I have stapled down and spread out my Dosi in hope of managing my small space early, especially with how much new frowth i wake up to every day. Additionally, her FIM appears to be taking. I’ll be certain by Saturday.
Upped the amount of water for all of them. Theyre catching cal mag once a week and daily nutes at about 600 ppm, 5.8-6.5 ph depending on how accurately I ph down. 
Not quite enough water yet to measure run off accurately. Should get there by Saturday and will adjust accordingly.

Looking great. How close is your light? The reason i ask is i noticed a couple leaves edges curling upward.

I used the real scientific process of measuring from my wrist to elbow. Id say about 18 inches. The SLH has been doing weird stuff this whole time. Ive tried moving it up and down but those two plants havnt really changed the way their behaving. Ive got the vent going, a fan blowing and im floating around 75-80f, 50rh. Idk, should I let it ride as is or move it up a few more inches?

Right on. I’ll keep an eye on those two curling. Not sweating it too much. Everything else feels and looks about right. If theyre still curling in a few days ill bump it up 2 inches every day till I find that happy spot, then back down one inch to push my luck.

Measured my light distance with a tape… moved her up 5 clicks on the cord. Sure enough the tips chilled out and I started getting dark green coming in on the SLH.

Day 24 and looking good. Dosi continues to burst growth and the SLH are being dramatic, but chugging along.
Started seeing burnt tips on the SLH so I cut nutes for two days and regressed to a more diluted mix. Today theyre acting happier.
The FIM worked on all three but is slow growing on the come back. I suspect it’ll iton out around Thursday or Friday.
I wont do anymore LST till I get a little more vertical growth and can pull everything out more to the edges of the pots. LST has really opened up my Dosi and flattened out my SLH.
Im kinda proud of how everything is going. First grow in 13 years. Its not off in the woods or a sketchy pvc, pond pump hydro grow in the basement with bag seed under miss matched buzzing lights.
So far im a fan of Autos and think I can really push this 2x2. Next grow i’m going to mix up a batch of the CoCo I use for my house plants because it seems to be doing well for the Dosi. I really think theres something to be said about a chunky CoCo medium vs CoCo peat.

Im a fan of indoor growing myself. It has to be more enjoyable than what you had to do 13 yrs ago outside. Id worry myself sick between the bugs, the weather, animals, environment, and on and on…

Trying to push a heavier feed again today. Ive also been supplementing silica in addition to raw honey today. A little soon to say how the silica is impacting the plants. As far as the honey goes, I figure im feeding my microbes. Should work.
I’ll put more pics later in the week.
Dosi is filling her pot out and the two SLH are starting to look like real plants. Im going to be a little sad if the SLH remain about a week behind the Dosi. I was hoping to harvest all at once, but theres still time. Maybe they’ll surprise me.

Im hoping so, the Dosi is growing so fast that it has split itself on a staple. Im worried it may not be able to hold her own weight later on without it. Haha
Man… I went with advanced nutes this grow because I’ve had great success with them in Hydro in the past. Theyre doing great with this CoCo grow but im tired of mixing them and tweaking everything daily. Im thinking my next run is going to be with bio char, bat guano, gull guano and dry kelp.
Charge the medium with the bio char, bat poo and some myco. Run it for 4 or 5 weeks. Then top dress gull poo and kelp to finish her off. I’ve honestly never used bat or gull guano, but the NPK looks great. Not to mention the micro nutrients. The only thing i’m curious about is if there are significant enough amounts of iron to carry the grow.
Top two pictures show wet soil.
Avoid watering close to seedlings.
DOME it
Less chance for splash burn and over watering.
Mist the dome if needed.

Alright, the two SLH are filling out more as I train them outward. Dosi is popping off all kinds of growth but im managing to keep a decent shape. Overall ive had to prune a few leaves here and there but dont plan to defoliate until i start getting more significant vertical growth.
Dosi started showing some pistils a couple days back, but I wont mark it as flowering probably for a week.
31 days in an i’m an Auto fanboi.
