I am with you I have burnt buds on the lights several times. You never know what they will do. I get excited when they actually behave and grow where they fit. I dont do training I like the yeild when I pull 1 plus pounds.

I have another question , one of my colas has 0 white pistils , but no amber trichomes. Do i still wait it out or harvest that cola
From what you initially said i think you’re looking for the max from each strain, Indica-Sativa. I’ve used the pistols as a reference, but the trichs are where you really know. Once the pistols turn amber watch the trichs closely, because they can turn really quick, I’ve read here some say within a day, even over night.
One thing i do is to stop water for a week or so and also place them in a dark closet, etc for 3 days before chopping. It seems to help by increasing the trich volume. You should be able to look that up on the forum fairly easily to verify.
