Are the benefits of running your light cycle for autoflowers at 18/6 for the whole grow worth the extra cost and use of the lights. I have not read anything about switching auto’s to a 12/12 light cycle verse leaving them on 18/6 for the whole grow?

Welcome !You can grow the autos on 18/6 or 12 /12 start to finish. also A lot of people growing autos with photos will run light schedule on 18/6 till they get ready to flip the photos and then go to 12 /12 and finish up . Autos will grow under just about any reasonable light schedule.

I was running 24 hour light on autos, but switched to 20 / 4, but I’m also using a decent amount of co2 supplementing.
Both lighting schedules have grown very healthy plants for me.
Some say after 17 hours of light photosynthesis starts to lack.
