It definitely looks like it’s starting to fade, but I can’t say for positive without pics of tric’s. Do you have a small microscope?
I have a Jeweler’s loop the track comes are mostly white still can’t really see any amber ones
I’m no expert, but have always been told 10% amber.
Clear is immature, cloudy is good, but 10% amber is best, maybe a more qualified person will chime in

I harvest in batches.
Can’t hang too many, at a time (tents occupied, else).
Stage testing on a personal level.
Cloudy trichs is when it’s at its strongest, the more amber you have, the more narcotic or sedating it is. I like mine with a good bit of amber, Som likes it just cloudy. Clear will give you a racy buzz, sometimes paranoia and headaches.
Some people do not flush.
