Cut a clone with clean sharp object. Put in water. Change the water once every few days, especially if using a clear container like a glass or a water bottle. Wait for roots.
Some strains are just more stubborn than others.
Cloning can be cheap, easy, or cheap and easy. Success rates are better the more thought and care you put into it - not necessarily money, but sometimes money.
