Yellow spot in middle of leaf. Anything to worry about?

Hello, Its my first time here and my first indoor grow. I have a beautiful Autoflower that has a spot on a few leaves. Ive searched to find if its a deficiency or stress but i dont find anything similar for me to go on. If theres any experienced growers that can identify the problem id be ever so grateful! Ill put pics and stats below. Thanks!

Soil-miracle grow potting (moisture control) in fabric
Temps - 75’-82’ with 2 fans oscillating and positive pressure with grow fan in and out
Water- ROed and PHed to 6.0-6.3
RH - 45-55%
Feeding - Fox F Grow Big but going to switch to tiger bloom, - Humbolts (sweet sticky, golden tree, flower stacker), - fish shit, - recharge, - ALso, cal/mag and silica but only with watering. (feeding according to label per gallon and every 3 days. so 2 days in between feedings/waterings with alternating, feed water feed etc…, schedule. )
Light distance - about 15" at 70%. PAR reading is around 600 at tip of top cola.

Welcome to the neighborhood. I wouldn’t worry about that spot. It could just be where water got on it.:v:

Welcome to the forum!

I wouldn’t worry about it if it’s just that one leaf. Like @Flitme said… kinda looks like lens burn from it getting wet.
