my question is about the middle I use an 8 by 8 and unless I leave it bake almost an hour I can’t seem to get the middle to firm up ?
I put it on the window-sill, it in the fridge and I still can’t get it to thicken in the middle unless I cook maybe 20 minutes longer than you suggest, is it because I’m using the box mix ?

…and I do love the chocolate chips but I use semi sweet and I think I’m going to put some walnuts in for the holidays ! …or M&M’s !

I gave up on brownies a couple of years ago…I found a simple Sugar Cookie recipe in a book, and substituted cannabutter for plain butter.
I’ll use a tablespoon to keep the cookie sizes similar.
12 minutes in the oven, let cool, then the experience.
The cookies are big enough to cut in quarters, thirds or halves…or kept whole.
it isn’t a taste experience, it’s just a delivery system

I understand, it’s me…glom glom it’s gone…
just as coffee is the delivery system for my favorite legal drug, caffeine. I don’t savor it, it doesn’t have to be flavored, just drinkable…and potent, like my cannabis.
