second plant has seed membrane holding the leaves from developing.
wet and see if it loosens up. might have to carefully use a needle to get it off.
How long should I wait before I get it off my self after being wetted
Mist it a few times over 45 mins…that should do it.

You shouldn’t be watering at all yet. All that a seedling needs is high humidity, because at this stage they are getting their water from the air. So I would suggest putting a clear dome over them and lay off of the watering. I would also recommend not spraying the plant directly.
I wouldn’t say I’m watering I’m spraying around cup few times with spray bottle to keep soil moist
Looks pretty wet. You can suffocate a plant with to much moisture in the soil. @imSICKkid has you on the right track with the domes.
Just a hint. That water drop in Center of plant can magnify your light and cause stunting of plant. Suggest removal with a light touch of paper towel. Will wick it up without harm to plant. Other fellas got you covered. Peace.

And I moved it to about 5” from light cause i felt like it growing to tall to fast so I moved it closer I had it about 6” away using 100 watt led at the moment
That’s what I would do and when u repot it pot it a little low to make up for that stretch. I would make so that the soil is about 1 inch from the bottem leaves when u transplant

Yellow sticky traps help alot they are prolly fungus gnats
