Unfortunately the plant got real tall and scraggly because it had to stretch to get to the light. The I’m guessing with those CFL lights the temp at the top is above 90° unless you’re using AC too cool the tent. If you’re going to flower with CFLs, you’re going to have to get bigger bulbs and you want 4000k for at least one bulb.

Nevermind. I see you have those kind of lights. Too much red. You have the top guy here on the case @drcannabis001. I suggest you fill out a support ticket. I’m pretty sure he can help you out
Part of the issue is the limited penetration that those cfl’s are capable of. That is why plant is so spindly. At least one reason. 
Because I’m a diy myself I would suggest that you make your light moveable @drcannabis001
Get a few extension cords and hang lights through out your space
Can someone give me an idea why my plants look like this? We watered last night with plain water and last week we flushed. We watered with nutrients a couple of days after the flush.

That plant shouldn’t need nutrients at that age. It also shouldn’t need to be flushed this soon, but that should “reset” everything so it won’t hurt. I would just give it pH correct water for now. Most of us don’t feed until at least 4 sets of leaves.
