White Widow Auto Journal 1

How big are your pots. I use no less than 7 gallon pots

I definitely need bigger pots! I have no idea what size these are. Sorry I’ve been lazy with my journal. Between work, and this it keeps me going.

Pictures though!
Everything seems okay is.
The yellowing I’ve learned is alright. I’ve just been cutting away yellowing canopy leaves as I go.

^not topped VS topped v

The topped ones are definatley going to be larger buds, and the untouched WW will probably have a lot of med/small Size buds?

Photo dump:

^oddly the one in the smaller pot has denser buds… i threw this one in a smaller pot because I’m dumb but live and learn!

And is ^ this too close to the light? Should I move it up? The other ones are just shorter so idk.

I tried mixing up the nutrients. Does a deficiency hurt the potency?

Hey hey @anon47475595! They’re looking pretty decent but I would be careful with that yellowing at the bottom. It could be nitrogen related, still.
I just had similar issue myself and gave her a good dose of seaweed extract with the usual feed and it seems to have started to reverse the yellowing a bit.

I would say you’re in a bit of a pickle there… with that one so tall, it looks to be almost touching the light :grimacing:
I think you need to be about 18-20” from top of canopy but that could depend on what light you have. You might find the shorter one fights for the light a little.

Keep going though as looking good, still! :muscle:

I agree with @CalamityJane, you may want to think about giving the others a booster seat to get them closer to the light. I have a few different buckets and such to raise mine when needed. It will make a big difference for those on the floor

@Not2SureYet that would have been such a good idea. Next grow! I should have checked this forum sooner but I love to just keep trudging through i guess! Lemme update with some pics. Everything seems okay. I probably did have that deficiency but everything is still alive… does that hurt potency or something?

I would think you would be fine. You are far enough into flower that it looks like you will be finishing soon on the one plant. The other looks like it still has a ways to go.

Thank you! Yeah I think that 1 has maybe a week on it? This is where I messed up last time so reading up!

This this ones ready? Its obviously heavy. But I’m seeing cloudy and clear trichomes. And also seeing amber ones starting. A few are dark?

@Covertgrower @Axemanjake23 @CalamityJane @Oldschool82 @Not2SureYet the trickiest still have some clear but I’m seeing a good bit of cloudy. And oddly a few amber. I thought once the amber showed there would be no more clear? I really have to hunt a but but I see ambers

I would hold off until you see more cloudy.
I don’t bother to look at trichomes until the 85% mark of pistils being brown. You’re not past 65% from your picture.

I agree with above. Wait for more cloudy

I am using fox farms happy frog potting soil. Most of these plants were from a new bag but one I added extra from an old bag. Ugh. Smells mildew in here guys :frowning: the buds look ok
