With me flipping the lights, i moved the little clone to a bigger pot, and it lives outside now till it gets its new home!
Btw, I DID IT! I CLONED ONE!! 
Its a francos lemon cheese cut. The other one i had, the lemon skunk cut wasnt making it and was shriveled.

That looks delicious!! i have never grown a primarily cbd strain. I bet there is alot of flavor to some of them that have been focused on for terp profile!

It is, however the lemony taste was a fluke, as when I bred the CBD into a “normal” strain it unlocked a new variety of terps, mostly lemon or blueberry pie filling.

You may have been a bit eager to transplant it. You may have disturbed the newly forming roots.

I transplanted without watering also, because i didnt want to drown it

When I transplant, I “water them in” very thoroughly. I only transplant when plants have well established root systems.

I was just worried about the light effecting it.
Could it be also that it went from a 68°F controlled room to almost 90 something outside?

All of those things represent stress that can negatively affect a plant. A well established root system makes a plant more resilient.

It may recover with a thorough watering. A single watering will not drown a plant. It is being constantly wet that drowns a plant.

I just soaked the dirt its in. I will keep an eye on it. Its setting next to a white fence too. That may have help fry it…
It looked fine around 1:30!!!
I got home around 6:15 and looked at it and it looked like this.
