Filling out nicely!! :sign_of_the_horns::sign_of_the_horns:

With tomorrow being week 6, i will probably go to inbetween week 7-8 to flip, i want them to ultimately be about 1 - 1.5feet tall above the screen.

I just did some large leaf defoliation in the center of each plant, exposing more branch sites.

The center of my canopy with this light height is at 1346ppfd.

The edge at 828ppfd.

@StevOz you think its safe to put this on the edge of my canopy now? It looks great! It has been 4 days.

Franco’s lemon cheese cut

The lemon skunk cut looks not so good

I would leave it in the shade for a bit longer and wait for a bit more new growth as it will encourage more root growth.

Based upon the growth rate that I see over the last few days, I would flip tomorrow. They will continue to fill the screen during the transition and the first part of the stretch.

I typically tuck for about a week after flipping. I don’t have a hard and fast rule, I judge each plant based upon how it grows. Tucking could be from 7 to 12 days after flipping.

Edit: You don’t want to tuck too deep into the stretch. You want the stretch to get some vertical growth so that you form nice colas.

I will set my sights on flipping tomorrow evening!

I have more room to spread out and more room to grow upward, so if it gets a little tall off the screen thats fine, but im more or so worried about long heavy colas not having the support they need from a net also.

I think tomorrow is a solid plan! :ok_hand:

I often times tie the colas to the netting for more affirmative support. Very occasionally, if I miss my timing, they get tall enough to need bamboo stakes.

Edit: I may end up using bamboo stakes on the Burmese if it gets unruly. It is a very tall growing Sativa.

Edit: Some people install multiple levels of screens to provide more support.

I have that francos which is a 60% sativa. The lemon cheese is a 50/50. Im expecting a little height difference, but im trying to wrangle it into submission!

The lemon cheese is branching out more then the lemon skunk also.

I noticed that. You might want to slide the smaller one over just a bit before it gets too involved with the netting.

Even the two Burmese that I have are not growing exactly alike.

I moved it to the left some and adjusted some branches!!
