When and how do I use rapid start root enhancer on 5 day clones

My clones are at day 5 I want roots quick I have them in a super sprouter with a gallon of water at the bottom of them how and when do I use rapid start root enhancer

You won’t need much, but put like 20 drops into your reservoir and you should be good. It should have instructions on the bottle also. I hope this helps!
