Does this look like nute burn?
I expect it is a combination of a few things. More information will help us narrow things down.
I dont have ph available at moment. I use promix as my soil.
Would GH Ripen had done this if given too early?
You can avoid these types of things by monitoring and managing pH and PPM. I expect your pH is very low and your PPM is high.
If PPM is not being managed, then yes.
