What's a good substitute for coco coir?

was suggested to add coco coir to soil for auto flower. what’s a good substitute if coco coir is not available?

Coco is like hydro I’m not sure it will help to add it to soil what do you say @Majiktoker

You can @joshawa, @mtmakawao peat moss is a good substitute (sphagnum moss)
