What say Ye? Harvest?

This is a Seedsman zkittlez auto, 75 days from seed.

Seedsman estimates 90 days from seed to harvest. I think I have days left until harvest, not two weeks as Seedman estimates.

What say Ye?

Seed sellers typically cite 8 to 10 weeks from the beginning of flower rather than from seed. It isn’t possible to cite a precise seed to harvest time because an auto can flower as early as 2 weeks and as late a 12 weeks, though most will flower at between 4 and 7 weeks. Even with the most rapid flowering at 2 weeks, you would still be looking at 12 weeks to harvest from seed.

For how many weeks has the plant been flowering? Do you have a cheap USB microscope or a jeweler’s loupe with which to look at the plant’s trichomes? Harvest timing should be based on an individual’s preference in trichome maturity.

Begin looking at trichomes when the white pistils brown and recede back into the buds. You have a few weeks to go yet.

The following video details the consequences of harvesting too early.

Thanks for the reply. I am use to commercial farming where all the plants express the same exact traits, such as harvest time which is very important.

I prefer harvesting my flower a little bit earlier than most. Getting close, I haven’t seen any amber yet. Once I see a little amber, it’s ready.

Here is from the “Characteristics,” section on Seedsman.com.

I would double check the listing. I’ll note as well that things cited by seed sellers regarding yield, plant height, THC %, and so on are notoriously inaccurate. Further down under “characteristics” is says this, which is more in line with reality:

You got some nice lookin, fat buds, that look like they have some swell left, yet. I’m inclined to think 2-3 more weeks, but the trichome shots will tell more.

I agree with the gentleman above. The only true way to tell perfect maturity is by monitoring the trichome production. Anything less you’re cutting yourself short

You’re still displaying lots of white hairs (pistols) you’ve got several weeks left for sure. I don’t even start checking trichomes until all the white pistols have turned reddish and curled back into the bud.

This is absolutely the most important stage of growing and it only requires one thing and that’s it patience

Lot of white hairs.
2 to 3 more weeks would be my guess.
Looking good!
I have seen autos that have went far past the 100 day mark.
