Until that support ticket is filled out, I would recommend raising the light and upping the power. Doesn’t look like light burn but it couldn’t hurt.
1st thing to check before anything is your runoff ph. If in soil, do a slurry test. Check your ph and ppms. Those magical numbers will tell you ALOT.
What’s the ideal numbers at this point?
I know ppms have been crazy hi so I have been watering with tap water sitting for 24 hours or more past 2 times.
Ph is good tho.
Will have run off tomorrow and more info when I get the chance to look at my book.
Light cannot go any higher, I took off pulleys and now hanging from caribeaners.
Harvesting 2 smaller ones mid week next week so I will be able to bend higher buds.
In flower (in soil) you want a ph between 6.5-6.8 for optimum nutrient uptake for flower. Ppms around 1000. I did a slurry test yesterday on mine. Im starting week 5 of flower and i locked em out at a ph of 6.1 ppms of 1200. I was experiementing with recycled soil without recharging to see how far i could get em and i started adding nutes without phing ( no buffer left ) and i tanked the ph. So, i flooded em with phd 7.7 water last night (about 15 gallons) to raise the ph within range. Checked on em tonight and i already see improvement with new growth on the tops of every bud.
Best problem ever! Im on my second super skunk, also under the fc4800. Love that light👍🏽. Looking good in there.
Sweet approach to the ph thing. Now we know who to contact for similiar issues😉. I cant miss a bottle o capn jacks. I just 2 weeks ago, finally got the concentrated bottle. Crazy how much you can make for $20. Have you tried it yet?
How do you run your light? I’m finding out that all you really need is at 50%
I max out at 75 in flower. 60-65% and my hlg uva 30 has been an awesome combo. Even the lowest budz come out frosty and dense. I have seen growers on tv, who say they only go up to 50% as well with that light. Is yours the fc or fc-e ? Mine fc. Pretty work youre doing:+1:t4:![]()
No
Hope it helps
Nice results. Cant get more efficient than that!
