The damage is done. Looks like it occurred weeks ago for the seeds to have grown that much.

I would still try to determine where the pollen came from. Look under your buds that are seeded and look for an old pollen sac. Do you have friends who grow that you might of cross contaminated the pollen? No biggie at this point really though.
Ride that pony out and collect your seeds and smoke your dank!

Long as he lets the seeds mature first. I lost one of my seeds I created last night. I was so pissed as its only been a few seeds that matured.
