What is this growing

Hey. I’m brand new here. I’m new to growing. I just dabble here and there. I came across this in my yard and need it identified. I have read a lot of posts and know y’all can identify this. I did not plant this. Also if you can tell me if it should stay or get pulled. I do have other females about to come outside. Lmk thanks.

Ditch weed grows all over the country. Some of it near railroad tracks where seed spilled from boxcars back when hemp was grown for WW1. If its wild cannabis it wont get you very stoned. But its fun to watch grow. Its definitely Cannabis.

Pull up any males. You can leave any and all females.

It’s not hemp. Hemp is sativa and this plant is obviously an indica strain.
Looks like someone was cleaning some weed and tossed a few seeds in your garden.
Years ago I did a summer with this landscaping/lawn care company and you’d be surprised how many people have “volunteer” weed plants growing around their decks and patios.
It was our policy - at the crew level at least, to leave them growing.
It’s amazing how many middle-aged people would try to feed you the BS line of “What is this? I’ve never seen a plant like this”
Really? You’re 50 and don’t know what a pot plant looks like?
If ignorance is bliss I met a LOT of truly happy people in that job!
And I mean ignorant not because they “didn’t” know what a pot plant looked like but because they thought we bought that line of shit! Wasn’t that “The Chronic” you were listening to when you pulled in? And YOU don’t know what pot is?

BTW - if you don’t want to make more than enough money for beer in a week and like riding around smoking weed all day, landscaping is the job for you!
