What is causing my fan leaves to do this?

Hey fellow growers. I did a water change about 6 days ago using gh flora Series at advanced veg stage, cal mag, and Hydroguard. Ph is around 6.1-6.2 and they are under a 600w led. This is my first grow using DWC or hydroponics at all. Plants recently started doing this, any help would be much appreciated.

Hello @Bourbanstategrower welcome to the forum!! Is it on all your leaves of just that bottom leaf? Also if you could answer the questions above we can help a lot more! Also do you have pic in natural light?

Take a jewelers loop look under your leaves closely in good lighting…I had a few just like that was thrips…

I was thinking bugs as well but u need to add a white light photo hard to tell in purple i had thrips and the spots were alot smaller and more of them that looks more k or p to me try and get ph down to 5.8 thats where u want it in hydro

Do you mist your plants?

I thought that as well it would make sence that new growth wouldnt have right away but maybe lower older leaves it would more time to do more harm… Or magnify light through the prisim effect in a dfopplet if water basicly making minignifying glasses all over your plant but the light eventually will get hotter burn there

Sorry about no replies. I forgot to check my inbox. Oops! Anyways turns out I had used to much cal-mag and the plants suffered from excess calcium. Anyways here’s what they look like now.
