What are these little things growing in the nooks of my main stem and offshooting branches?

If you mean the 2 little pistil looking growths that are against the main stem, those are normal, they will eventually produce female pistils if feminized. If you mean the tiny leaves popping out from atop the large fan leaves, that is normal growth.

Also, are you spraying your plant with water? Would advise against unless feeding with a foliar spray.
