Could be bug eggs, could be leaf burn from water splashed on and lights or sun lensing, could just be shit on your camera lens 
How much of it is there?
Looks like something coming up thru the veins of the leaf. Could be been wrong, just my first thought when I see it
Could just be old dying leaves, hell trust me if it doesn’t reach the flowers I almost never worry
My first thought I would start with getting me a run off and check my pH. And if needed make adjustment.

She’s been sick from the start.My hope it doesn’t affect the 3 next to her.U can definitely see it in the veins

Looks like a calcium deficiency to me. I could be wrong but check the link for further help.
