Yes very possible, but do keep an eye out if you see those marks, on another plant, for critters.

Coming back for an update.
I flushed my plants back to the correct EC and they are all happy but 1 plant (might need to work on this one a bit more)
Question now is how do I feed after this? Just focus on TDS of my feed to be around the 1EC ? And check the run off to see the reading?
If the reading is lower do I have to wait till next watering to feed again?

Kinda. What nutrient line are you running? Id follow the feed schedule for early veg, albeit at half strength for anything aside from Jacks123
