Can anyone ID whats going on with these fan leaves. They were fine and now the fan leaves are coming out as a single blade and they’re curling sideways on themselves… kind of look like wings in the photo.
Is this indoor or out? It’s kinda looks like a re-veg transition thing going on. I’m also seeing a single blade leaf. Makes me think that even more.
Has the plant undergone any stress lately?

Yeah… these are clones I took a little late (during their momma’s flower transition week). These clones are going on “5 weeks old” (since being snipped from big momma). After rooting, I had them in solo cups for a week, then a 1 gal pot in a Happy Frog and casting mix. Transplanted into 3 gal fabric 2 weeks ago into Root Organic “Lush” soil. First time using this soil. Other than the crazy wing leaf thing now, the clones are pretty healthy.
My 6" fan is blowing above them but not directly on them. I moved the fan up another 6" or so just to rule that out.
They seem confused and ready to flower. Might be some great little Bonsai girls.
Probable a part of it. Big momma is already 43 days into flower. This leaf thing just started a week ago and some of the lower fans have started this weird twisting thing now. I wonder if the Roots Organic Lush is too hot for them. The bag does say it feeds plants for up to 8 weeks so I didn’t put any amendments in the mix and they’ve only been given water pH to 6.5 so far. This did start a week after transplanting into Roots’ Lush…hmmm 
Agree with @HippieRunner1. Were these put under an 18/6 light schedule since taking the cutting from a flowering mother 
After taking the cuttings, they were put under 24 hrs of light for the 1st week while they were rooting since I snipped them off a little late. Since then they have been on 18/6 with the light intensity set at 60%. Been no issues with the clones until this leaf thing started a week ago. It started with the new growth first and has moved down to the older growth, but not at every node. Other than this weird wing curl leaf thing the clones are super healthy. The mother they came from is now at day 43 of flower and has never had this leaf curl thing. I have a GSC auto in week 6 of flower and some young pepper and tomato plants in the same tent and there’s no issues with any of them. Once the auto finishes in the next 2 weeks I plan to flip the clones and my veggie plants will be transplanted outside to give the clones the entire 5x5 space to themselves. Maybe these clones (Do-Si-Do photos) are throwing up gang signs trying to intimidate my tomato plants 
Here is another thread with some clones from plants in flower. It seems pretty common to see some distorted leaves during the transition back to veg. Some of the pics are in poor lighting but you can definitely tell they are wonky.
It appears they’re beginning to reveg. They look funky as heck when they do, but after a couple/few weeks they start to boom into normal veg again.
Hopefully thats all it is. I didn’t think it was still considered moster cropping since I took the clones before the mom started growing flowers. After all your comments it makes sense since the flowering hormones were still present in the clones when they were snipped, regardless of having actual flowers on the momma or not.
Is it normal for monster cropped clones to continue to grow, without flowering, for 5 weeks before reverting back to veg? I assumed since flowers aren’t growing on the clones that meant they were already in their re-veg. I appreciate all your help and expertise with this.
Sure sure get the girls all horny and then tell them “Noooo you have to wait.” 
The girls may be a bit frustrated but they’re looking good.
