Are the pistils suppose to be white and standing straight up on week 10.

Dont let the timeline given by the breeder fool you. There isnt a set timeline for growing. Can take 17 weeks sometimes. Yes they are supposed to be there.

Start checking the Trichomes when the pistils have turned an orange/amber color and start receding back into the bud 
So they have been flowering about 5 weeks or so? You probably have at least 4 or more weeks to go still. Buds will fill in, get fatter and bigger.
