Next time leave more plant leafs on to slow the drying.

The more leaf material left on the slower they will dry.

That’s a very open area. I keep mine in smaller spaces

This run i decided to leave them whole and hang them upside down. Smaller plants too, they are 4 days into drying. Still moist somewhat. Probably be a few more days until i trim and jar these 2 up.

Ok. So basically now im s rewed but next run. Leave more leaves on. Dry first day or 2 at 60 humidity. And shorten up my drying area ?

Whats with the ice packs ?? And those are fans ?? Jw. Figures bigger room i could control hunidity ( low 30s. 40. Naturally ) so i can add hunidity to 50 without water going directly on plants and have air flow wothout blowing on buds. Shld i just go how i am now ? I dont wanna raise hunidity alrsy 2 days in to fluctuate and get mold. Help please. I did phenominal until now and dont wanna screw thia up

I have a 2 prong moisture reader and bigger buds that reaxh both sides said 10 percent moisture after 3. 4. Days of drying and felt dried through so i grove bagged those alrsy

Every day at this RH and 65 degrees is ideal :love_you_gesture:

not screwed yet, couple days probably didnt ruin all the quality. I had same problem with my outdoor crop end of 2021 drying too fast in garage. I put them in two rubbermaid tubs with lids, and burped them often and I forget if it was a week or two, started cleaning them up and put them in jars.

when it was cured the Cinderellla 99 smelled like bubblegum and Bruce Banner bit skunky. Turned out good

Ok. Its at 50 humidity now. N 66 degrees.

If you can put these in a closet and a damp towel on the floor will help with the RH, keep a small fan circulating but not blowing on the buds. Grove bags during the cure have brought back several of my buds :love_you_gesture:

Some folks on the forum have used simple cardboard boxes to dry-smaller area to control and helps keep humidity and temperature more constant. I dry mine in an old dumpster-dove wardrobe lined with silver foil. I have a gauge in there that monitors temp and RH, and if it gets too dry I do something like @OGIncognito suggests, but my solution is a bowl of water on the floor. And no, your harvest is far from screwed. If you find it is a little dry going into the curing stage, put a couple plant leaves in there (grove bag or jar) from a veg plant to help stabilize humidity. Good luck!

My Tarzan, after ready about all the laced street weed, said he was happy I was growing for the family.

I use the ice packs trying to drop the temp in my drying tent. It knocks a couple degrees off. But 70 is about as low as i can get it. I also thought you were suppose to have a low fan on them while drying. Always learning something here for sure.

Try to get your relative humidity within the room to 60% or put the plants in a smaler space that should help prolong the dry time
