6 months on the day - these went in water in Xmas…. MK Ultra on top, Blue Dream on the bottom left and GG4 on the bottom middle and right.
I’d like to thank ILGM, my seedling coach, humidity coach, soil coach, nutrition coach, veg coach, flower coaches, harvest coaches, and most of all the fans whose cheers bring it home with a smile….
Final update: The drying seemed to go fine for 6 days between 70 & 75 and 46-53% RH. A million hours of chopping and packing later there are 14.5 zips in grove bags from the three ladies. MK Ultra led the charge with 8, followed by GG with 5, and Blue Dream with a rather poor 1.5. I’m not sure what happened there but she was the picky one throughout, starting right at germination.
I’ve only tested the MK and it’s for real. I would definitely recommend for those who haven’t tried. She was an easy keeper; grew like a, well, weed; smooth as funk and tasty even with no cure yet; and - oh yea- delivers a1/2 pound of some lovely bud.
I didn’t find evidence of the GG herming this time like we thought might be the case. I also neglected the back of this girl, I couldn’t get good access (live and learn) so she made a bush. If I would have skipped the Blue Dream and just done a good job with the MK and GG, I would have probably gotten 16 - 8 and 8. No complaints, just an after-action review This should still be enough medicine for months until the next chop. I might try autos next time!
excellent harvest Growmie. Well done on that run! Going to be some superb smoke after a good cure and you’ll love the Grove bags. I have some curing in bags for 9 months and still maintain temps and RH
@SandyC, way to go the for the first time. The best I have ever done was right at 2 oz per square foot in my tent, and it sounds like you are close to that!
We all here are happy to share this “Grow your own addiction”, with you.
