I am using Bergman’s fertilizer from seedlings to flower stage. Start from seeds so seedlings is my first fert. I grow out doors and plant in the ground. I amend my ground with fish carcasses and compost material. I try to use as much rain water as I can accumulate. In emergencies, no rain water, I use tap water.

I am not familiar with Bergs nutes. Here is a feeding chart. I found it by searching within the forum posted by another member asking the same question. Hope it helps.

As for watering, I grow indoors and use the weight of the pot to determine when to water in soil and I just switched to COCO and now re-learning how to water in a diff media. I have now killed 12 babies trying to sort it out so I cannot help on how much water in an out door grow in the ground.

I will tag in one of the mods @Myfriendis410 can you assist with Bergs food and watering for the OP or tag another in that uses Bergs?
