I have my level 2 reiki i often use it on here.
Some people swear by it others not so much.

My first ever book i read was a book titled love is letting go of fear. @Enlightened420
I was completely confused fearful angry paniced had zero identity of who i was as a person
I was in findhorn scotland at the time.
Felt like id gone over board in the sea and was treading water.
That book was the start of my journey to heal back in the early 90s.
What a journey
At one sage i was like a library i had so many books of self discovery.
Fealing angry playing fair was another book that came to me at the perfect moment.
Nothing beats direct experience books can be a comfort and a stepping stone some thing said that resonates.
Yes the ishaya,s books are great a key to the door.
Lenard Jacobson another great teacher with some great books like words from silence the power of now
Then another great teacher is byron katie a very different approach again.

My 1st book read @ age 10 I,Robot by robert helien Carlos Cansdenica read all his books, I devoured books from my libriary. Rode my bike down to its Air Con tioned rooms. I would sit all day reading history,sci-fi,metaphysial, edcar cayce stuff, occult stuff. Even the History of the Roman Empire. Vietnam,Hitler and the 12 millons he killed. Bibles from other styles, Strongs greek and hebrew concordance. Every book I have read I have in my mind. @Stonedrus my friend I can understand most of your writings because having a open mind and traveled astrally most of my teen years. I scared a few folks. @yoshi deep stuff here. Last things oyr plants can tell us how they feel as I/We/You sit next to them they feel,get hungry,water,feed them and they are alive with the energy we put into them. Wouldn’t you guys argee

I know absolutely nothing about lsd acid and all that stuff. Lol. I’ve gone as far as pot and once while 16 maybe 17 I did 1 single hit of acid on the tongue and tripped balls. Never again and I don’t remember much about the trip just what I was told but it must have been a good trip as I had the lucky charms guy jump off the box and chase me around the house with a kitchen knife. Yes I guess I don’t remember it much but as friend say yep I was all over the house. Never again. Havnt touched anything but nasty ass cigarettes and weed. Oh tried whip it’s once too. 2 balloons worth and laughed my ass off for about 2 minutes lol.
