I’m going to need new lights to but flipp so many choices and decisions a lot of reading and research so hlg way to go better for the price of them lights
Ain’t there something out there close to hlg though and not so exspensive
Not sure but I know as they say above be careful with the products you buy and check reviews if you’re interested in growing some nice potent bud, you’ll want to buy some relatively pricey yet quality product
One of my favorite growers to watch Urbanremo, in his setup I believe he had been using some nice WLED lights and recently he switched to some full spectrum lights, his bud always comes out so gorgeous😍 real flakey, lots of crystals, he also uses auto pots which is another thing I’ve been considering picking up cause it seems supercloset is out of there bubble flow buckets, and I have seen a lot of people use auto pots and give great reviews, I can’t wait to see how his next grow comes out at the end after switching to new led’s
I’m a fan of Remo as well, love his flowering room. He grows some great bud under those Spectrum King 602 lights.
One of his favorite strains zombie kush one I have never tried but looking at his results has made me eager to get a hold of some, also have been thinking about grabbing some remo nutrients for I have watched other growers switch over to them and give great feedback
Yeah his zombie kush looks amazing, would love to have a smoke of that. I’d try his nutrients if I wasn’t so invested in Advanced Nutrients, maybe some day.
If you need advice on autopots @Nicky can help out with that.
That I can, why did you change your avatar image?
@Oldtimer69 didn’t we already talk about this lol
I didn’t… Its the same picture
Must have been bored
I know you didn’t, but you tried once and now @Bulldognuts is swapping his!
What’s going on here things are getting crazy lol
Lol… It is what kinda links the person to a visual
I won’t dare change mine I feel like everyone will forget who I am.
You will likely not be impressed with performing of kind led models in that space. Otherwise I think your plan is reasonable.
You guys are putting a lot of thought into how you want to grow. But you are putting the cart ahead of the horse here. After you determine your space that you are going to grow in lights should be the next highest priority. Will the kind leds grow cannabis, the answer is yes. But with all of your preparation you may be disappointed with end results. If you truly want to produce dense sticky buds, lights are the most important factor to consider. With 4 people involved you should get a budget to buy top line Leds. @dbrn32 has the technical knowledge and experience to guide you on this. I don’t have the knowledge on the technical level but do have the personal experience of starting with cheap lights and and will say, get better lights. Hopefully you’ll take this advice in the spirit that it’s intended.
I’ve read a lot not only on your link but on others reviews and hps vs led, many come about it different I do see a lot say hps penetrates a lot more than led, them some say different light spectrums work better the just yellow/whit from hps, many have said the kind led is over exaggerated for 1000w equivalent, and that it can only cover about 4x4 in flowering, it’s just I feel over a period of time it would be a longer lasting light, doesn’t require much maintenance, and is easier on electricity, but what would be your most recommended led light, and your most recommend hps light for good quality and good yield, or perhaps what would you recommend if I were to try using both of these type of light together, what hps lights and led lights would you recommend for doing that
What factors determine the yield and quality the light can give, PPFD, wattage, diodes?
