Certainly stresses can contribute to less growth. But mostly the topping and training will make a huge difference, and a lot of that comes with time and hands on experience only. Look into super cropping and the “mainlining” or “manifolding” topping, pruning and training techniques, combine that with a ScrOG and you will have awesome results.
If they need to be watered often because of low humidity and higher temps, that should be fine as long as the roots aren’t staying too wet too long and are not sitting in standing water. Also I absolutely do not think the lights are too much nor are they likely part of a problem, as long as the temps don’t get too out of control.

Here is a clone garrigan that I have started mainlining. Also look at my plants. I’ve done some super cropping and LST with them. There is only 5 plants there. Lots and lots of colas.
Yeah I recommended the nugbuckets one. That’s quite a good step by step tutorial. That combined with my own techniques I’ve learned over the years and it’s working great for my newbies. As it is I wanted garrigan to note. I counted my colas just now and for 5 plants I have 67 GOOD colas. It’s looking good for me the next 5 weeks. That’s if I make it without invasion from authorities…lol.

If I did what you did with my 33 plants what I would have wound up with it’s mind blowing brother.
In my next grow this is what I have…5 OG Krush 5 Northern Light 5 Super Skunk And 38 WW clones
i’em planning on getting another 76x76x76 grow tent this should give me plenty of room.
