A flush can help and you can also get a handle on your PPM values and runoff pH as you do it.

I believe overwatering can cause the leaf tips to do that too.
I think this is your problem. For ffof soil your target ph should be 6.3 - 6.8 with 6.5 being your sweet spot. If you get your PH in line I think you’ll see an improvement. Overall she don’t look bad.

Just an update, the yellow spots have worsened so I waited till they were completely dry and watered them, runoff was about 5.6.
That’s really really low if your in Ocean forest soil.
You really want you ph to be in this range. That’s probably why the spots got worse.
