Umm...this don't look good

Why would you flip a fem that is so small/young? Those all look to be in what should be early veg stage. There is no “structure” to build buds on yet. The biggest reason to grow fem rather than autos is that you can make sure the plant is healthy and strong before flipping.

Me too, I’m not sure I see any females…Those first 2 pics look like full on males.

Sometimes i think growers should consider nature. 4 days solid rain…soil soaked for a day or so past that. Dries out…plants perk on up.

I thought vermiculite retained water while perlite allows for drainage?

Back in the 80s-90s I used to grow Haze X NL5 straight 12/12 from seed with decent results. I mean I’d get @50% males, but don’t recall any hermies.

Hey ! Don’t say THAT :grimacing:

I might be mistaken but I think all the crossbreeding weakened the genetics. Yes we improve size and potency but we take something from them also. Natures plan is ALWAYS better than ours.

Yeah, fair question. It’s my first indoor grow since the 90s, so kinda in a rush I guess. But like I said, I had decent results back then.

Yeah, I used a ton of it under my above ground pool liner…but those 5-6 gallon buckets got pretty light after a couple days under a 1000w HPS in a 6X6 room.

You CAN do a 12/12 from seed with photo. She will flip just like an auto. Soon as she is mature. Smaller plants. Smaller yield. Perfectly fine flowers.
