Hi all. I m hoping I can get some help. A friend took some pics of my plants and said they are nearly ready (not that they have ever grown any weed) and this is my first ever grow from bag seed - Mango Kush. Can anyone give advice on how they are going or close to harvest? Would appreciate any help/advice thanks.
It all depends on what you are after. Cloudy = head high, amber = couch lock. Most go in between with about 30-40% amber.

Also when judging trichs. Always look at the ones located on the buds. The trichs on sugar leaves mature faster then the ones on buds and will have you harvesting weeks early. Can we see whole tree?

It’s tiny as the poor girl has been stressed her whole life. It was not a planned grow, as such, so I have done everything arse about face.

Something to be proud of. Not everyone gets that far. Now you can take the hard earned knowledge and the helpful advice offered here and do even better next time. Keep a journal. It makes it easier to remember what happened and find a better way.

It is kind of bittersweet. All the stress and anguish and then gone! What ever will I do now. I kind of want to keep growing. 
Congrats! For not a planned event you have buds! Heck. That’s better than my first go! But looks like it may need a week or so to turn more trics(it’s a guess) but guess it depends on how you want the effect, I’ve learned alot on here for sure on the effect of the color of them! And some of the best have poped here in to do just that! I’m very new here and lurk most times and kinda needed the same answers as you! LOL! But next time…
Thanks for the insight. I like the relaxing off to sleep kind of stone. I suffer badly from insomnia and smoking has helped me get a decent night sleep.
I’m in the same boat, need a insomnia med, so from what I have read and advice on here, especially here, if you want a more mental effect=mostly cloudy, which I think where yours at now…
if you want a more heady/body = all cloudy very few trics…where I think mine are at…
If you want Heavy heady/Body= Mostly or all amber.

If ya wanna fall asleep, go all amber. That will give you the couch lock, drift off to sleep high. To me, I like a heady high to keep me going through my pain during the day. Another factor will be the strain you are growing, you can always google-ate the strain and find out what the medicinal effects as well as the Sativa to Indica ratio.

I go half amber. I grow high thc strains so 50% will put you on the floor. Check out the Crystal strain. Shes about 25% thc & 24% cbds. Good smooth smoke & wonderful tincture. Downside she gives munchies like crazy. I grow 4 plants each grow all different & crystal is always there.

it really won’t make any diff if you let them go longer…they have gone as far as they can.
Each grow IS a learning experience.
Best to start with quality seeds…like sold here. and good soil and lights.
OK, I am a little worried - is this bud suppose to be black or is it mold? I have read that mango is prone to mold and we have had some major wet weather the last week and finding it hard to keep the humidity down. It hovers around 53% I have a fan and the filter system is also working 24/7
