Usual autoflower flowering window is 8-10 weeks right? Even that is loose read plenty of threads where autos took longer and shorter. You can use that to determine when to start looking though.
Way I see it, you could go anothet week or even two depending, I like a lil amber myself so id shoot for two. Outside of my preferences, i still see alot of sparkle on your trichomes. When they are “done” they have an opaque color and that cloudyness stops them from sparkling anymore. Thats when I go to dark for 2 maybe 3 days then chop.
The stage you are in is kinda growers choice…
If you do go for another week or two, I suggest not feeding them anymore. Just straight ph’d water. Watch em turn fall colors.
You will get varried response on final flushing…do whatever your gut tells you is the right course, you got this.
Since you have a scope cut a calyx off and take a good look at it on a solid surface. The first set are definitely of a bud. The circular pattern of the trichomes tells me this. They look to be cloudy. Take a look at buds on different parts of the plant. Top, middle and low. Those on top under more light should be further along / more mature.
The second set looks to be of sugar leaves. These are clear. Since sugar leaves mature sooner the rest of the plant has much longer to go.
This a calyx I cut off to look at.
Holy frosting! You’re really close. First pic looks like it has a little more time. Can you maybe, kinda, possibly, at all, happen to get a little more zoom in? The others look like you’re in the window.
