I think matter fact I know I transplanted too early…what’s the risk I take and how can I best avoid it?
Pictures? Probably will be fine…
What’s the concern, just the size?
@SKORPION the fact that I transplanted them just a week after they broke soil
Oh yeah are they photos or autos?
Yeah just don’t mess with them make sure they still get enough humidity light and maybe a dome , and be careful with the watering since it’s a bit pot - I heard that making a lil circle around should help to keep water underneath the seedling
@SKORPION photoperiod
@Randy_Marsh ok thanks man. Damn I up this time
I agree with Randy gentle on the water and try to put it at the base then dome because seedlings don’t have established roots so they draw moisture thru the leaves so that’s why the dome.
@SKORPION ok cool. I’m doing mine outdoor tho. If transplant shock sets in what’s the best way to counter it?
Na bro your fine , just look correct ways to water and all that good stuff so you don’t under or over since the container is a lil big just be careful, get reference online to get an idea, should be good , just keep informing yourself as you along , good luck on your grow
The only thing in that situation is adding a rooting chemical. If it comes to it but at that size best thing it needs is time to bounce back.
Yeah sometimes you gotta let this girls do their thing
You didn’t fugg up, you just learned how not to do it the next time. I think that you will be alright, just give it a little time and as the others have said slow your roll with the water. They look a little wet to me. Are they still inside or have you got them outside? Up here in the mountains in VA, it’s still too cold for them outside. Just had another freeze warning last night. If I remember correctly, you are in the southeastern part of the state. I wouldn’t put them out until the average night time temp is at the minimum 50-55 degrees 60 would be more preferable but 50-55 will suffice, if you need to get them out. If they have been grown indoors and are in pots, I would introduce them to the outdoors 4-6 hours at first. You might want to wait at least a week to 10 days before doing so, since you just transplanted. If you need more info just ask.
@repins12 they’re still inside. I put them out during the day to get about 10 hours of then bring them back during the night
That’s good. When we start getting some warmer nights, I would leave them out until a little after dark for several days and then all night. You still planning on the same spot/area as your last post? I hadn’t seen you on here so, I didn’t know, if you were still gonna make a go of it.
@repins12 yep still planning to grow in the same spot
