Looking great my man I’m starting my very first grow of auto’s check my post out. Question i was wanting to know is. Is it better to top auto’s or just let them go on there own ? I’m growing GDP’S

@bowking Everyone on here will more than likely tell you not to top an auto. I can tell you from personal experience that it is pretty risky and can stunt your plant. I had one that was stunted from topping that only produced a 1/3 oz of dried bud. I am still topping them but I have decided that I will remove a plant if it is showing any stunting issues like I faced before. So I think depending on what your risk appetite is with potentially stunting them will determine whether you should top or not.

No clue, all of that depends on the environment and what you do to the plant.

3/20: watering day! I think i need to do some defoiliating soon. Runtz is coming along much faster with flowering than the others but that was how my last runtz was that I grew.

3/24: I meant to take better pictures when I watered them yesterday but I was in a hurry. Everything seems pretty good with them. I defoliated some leaves on the bottom to make watering easier. They are starting to stretch!!

3/29: a lot of stretching going on! I’m going to need to supercrop lsd soon.

4/2: 7 weeks old! My husband is out getting me a new ac unit for the grow space, yesterday temps got up to 86 degrees. It cooled back down overnight but not for very long. I was pretty surprised they didnt seem too phased by the temps.

4/4: plants are 48-51 days old. They are really starting to get hungry these days!

I got a new ac unit for my grow space, too! Im hoping it can keep up with the temps but if not, we are going to switch it and put it in our camper and then get a bigger one for my space.

4/11: Soooooo I just pulled up the details on my gorilla glue auto plant from Fastbuds (I’ve never grown them begore, only ilgm) and this strain is typically ready to chop in 7 to 10 weeks from seed. My GG is 55 days old from seed, or almost 8 weeks. I just got a new microscope and took so.e pics of the trichomes. Any thoughts?

It looks like the slightly amber trichomes are on the sugar leaves wait until the amber trichomes start to form on the bud you will be happy you did.

I was panicking thinking this one was going to finish before she had time to bulk up! I’m still surprised how fast the trichs are coming along though.

4/19: Tent smells amazing! Runtz has some leaves that are looking crappy. I think I need to do a flush my next watering.
