I only use Roots organics soil. I have tried others and found there soil to work great for me. I only use tap water to start. No peroxide no seed scraping. Either I’m lucky or just good genetics.
Thanks. I have been a little frustrated with how my recent seedlings have progressed. Trying to figure out if it is me, my soil or if it how the stars and moon are aligned. I’ll be updating my current thread and you will be able see what I am talking about. An auto, three photos and a clone
Yeah three I just planted are slow. But that’s because I was dumb/stoned and dropped seeds without good soil. I replanted them in fresh soil yesterday. Two are starting to move the other is slow. I should have taken most of the root ball soil off before I transplanted it knowing it was subpar. It grow out of it in a day or so. Maybe I will 20 hour them for a couple days to kick them in the butt.
Great way to start the morning. Love catching a whiff of the jar. Even better than the smell of fresh brewed coffee. I need another cup… ![]()
You know it. Now time to go to work. Peace
Looks dank n dense - I’m like 2 months out min from doing any jarring ![]()
jealous man
I am done for about 2or 3 weeks. I have 21 jars.
Got home and looked at the new three seedlings. Two are moving looks like they pushed through the crappy solo cup soil to fresh stuff. The third had not moved. I pulled it out got rid of the solo cup soil ball put it back in fresh soil. Two hours later the first set of leaves are standing up tall. Maybe going to survive. We will see in the morning.
Just got home went to turn the photo tent lights out and one of ladies branches were all bending massively from weight. Which they weren’t in the morning. Tied her up that sounds wrong. Lol good to go.
Good problem to have
I am definitely not complaining. I’m glad I got home in time. This one photo is crazy. It is drinking over a half gallon a day. Again not a bad thing just means bigger heavier colas.
How is your seedlings doing?
Yeah, that’s why I started using a screen, got tired of finding branches laying over when opening the tent.
Thinking about switching up these ten and maybe run a net? At the moment they are all pretty even growing.
