I think I’m maybe 10-14 days away, but since this is my first ever grow would love to hear your thoughts. Sorry I don’t have a clip on microscope for my iphone. I do have a 60x loop and 60x-120x small microscope.
This is Amnesia Haze autoflower which sprouted 74 days ago and I think is 7 weeks into flower. I’m using 2 electric sky es600’s in a 4x4 indoor tent.
Trichomes look mostly cloudy to me and maybe 20% amber but what’s weird is I had random amber ones as far back as 2 weeks ago.My plan is to start feeding RO water only now until I chop top half of plant based on what you all think.

Depends on when you want to harvest based on what effect your looking for. Be sure to look at the trichomes on the buds and not the sugar leaves. The sugar leaves will show amber sooner than the buds.
@Skydiver thanks! I don’t want couch lock so I know that means less amber. I actually ordered a macro lens for my phone last night so will post pics Sunday night.
Yes I’m looking at buds not leaves. Going to snip a calyx off and put it under my microscope since it’s so hard to look while it’s on the plant
@Skydiver, @BobbyDigital Okay I’m panicking now. Just found several seeds on some of the top buds. I got the seeds from ILGM supposed to be feminized autofflower so thinking it must have hermied on me. I’ve always run 18/6 light cycle and maybe little light comes in from the bottom vents as tent is in my garage.
Should I chop entire plant down now so it doesn’t pollinate my other 3 plants in same tent? I just watered plan RO water today so PPM’s only down to around 650 on runoff.
If you’re seeing full blown seeds then the damage is already done. It means it was pollinated weeks ago. But it’s close enough to being finished to just chop the whole thing

What should I be looking for on other plants besides bananas? I don’t want to start squeezing all the calyxs unless I have too.
I don’t see any obviuis swollen calyx’s that may be seeds so hopefully I got lucky. One other auto is almost ready to harvest and other two have 3-4 weeks.
You will see them stall out as they stop focusing energy on flowering and redirect that energy to producing the seeds. Usually if they spit bananas, it’s more of a localized pollination than a widespread pollination you get with true males.
And the my other Amnesia Auto that is more like 3-4 weeks I think. Strange that these seeds also came from ILGM however the buds look so different than my Amnesia that hermied.
