The ongoing grow

Better put some 35’s on it first. Prob take a set of 40’s and not faze them much.

thats no joke, I was thinking about trying it with factory rims and tires to see how fast I can go stop light to stop light lmao, would have terrible top speed and fuel economy though, and probably wouldn’t get traction in 1st to 3rd gear. But I do have a 69 c10 that I could do a restomod and put the same axles under it, but I would rather leave it 2wd honestly.

You could still leave it 2wd just gotta put some FAT skins under her hind end.
Oh. And a rip snorting big block to turn em too.

One problem with the Duramax is the wheel wells won’t support anything over about 33" of tire. If you cut the wheel hard it rubs on the wheel housing. I’ve got leveling keys in the front and have about another inch of up travel: hoping that will be enough when I get new tires.

Great idea!!! So like a 572 or something of that caliber lol?

Maybe a little bit lol. My sidekick came with factory 5.125 diff gears, love that little thing.

A 3 in body lift or 6 in suspension lift would be the only way to get the clearance for yours @Myfriendis410.

I wish I still had pictures of my 91 f250 with the 351w, it had a 4 inch lift, well I decided it wasn’t enough so I spent a few weekends welding up an 8 inch lift for it lol, I put it on 37s for a while but kept breaking my u joints lmao. Sold it for $200 more than I paid for it to a guy that was going to mud it.

Hate those things lol.

That sucks!!

I’m seriously considering these. Even with new shocks in the front, it has a nasty rebound bounce because the spring rate is so high. More suspension travel is needed I think.
Rear end is stock too. Locker was an option back in
‘04.

Careful with the keys if you have to turn them up too far.
Will make the ride harsh. :v:

Can’t be any worse than the stock 3/4 ton spring rates. Lmao. @oldguy

The '08 GMC (and Silverado) 2500’s were set up with the front end higher than the rear end. Before I had airbags I used the leveling key to lower the front to level it out. Now; 20 psi and I get about 2 inches in the rear.

Second feeding of Jacks. I’ll clone these over a period of a couple of days. Some strains won’t be continued. Orange bud and a couple others I can’t think of.
I’ll flip to flower as soon as I finish cloning. So maybe this weekend. lol.

Are you using the 321 formula? That’s gonna be a lot of weed!
