The best strain ever

it would be fun to run a couple autos in organic soil, bloom them mid summer. Ive never grown one, should try next year. Id want a big variety though

I think FREE is the best strain !!!

I did buy new strain they have. Think its Zkittles

I’m trying several new ones to me this grow LSD,GSC extreme,Critical Mass,Blueberry CBD and a Mimosa Evo from Seedsman.

I really, really have a hard time pinning this one down and we love to try them all. I tend to like strains with citrus terpenes as they make me happy. We bought a half ounce of Bob Ross keif in Trinidad a few months ago and OMG! You just want to paint happy little trees everywhere. Apparently, it is hard to come by as we have been back to Trini and can’t find it and when we mention it to the budtenders they nearly melt with desire for it. I did find one place online that sells the seeds for a “novelty” but there is ZERO info out there on how to grow it, and being as how it will be a tent grow it is vital I know how big they are going to be and best parameters to grow (temp, rh, etc).

Strains we are super found of: Lamb’s Breath sativa (Bob Marley was onto something with this one). Jilly Bean ((my husband calls it viagra for women). And overall I really, really like the effects and balance of Mimosa. My husband likes any of the strains with “star” in the name. We like Strawberry Banana or Grape Ape if we really want to check out for awhile.

In the evenings I can spend hours seed shopping. Looking at the all the options and the tremendous varieties available. It is mind boggling! It reminds me of when I was a kid and would spend hours/days before Christmas pouring over the huge Sears catalog dreaming of what we might could get.

Edited: you were probably asking about growing, not smoking. I am on first grow of four Wedding Cake (fem) and a Grape Ape bagseed. I have learned that neither one of them are easy to grow. Next grow is GSC-Extreme auto, if I don’t break down and buy some Jack Herrer auto and do that instead. So as far as grow, I would not say Wedding Cake would be a favorite as it has been a tricky beast for me.

There was something called G13 back in the early 90’s. We got “Kind Buds” occasionally, and I’m sure they were selling the not so great stuff to us high school kids. I became buddies with some deadheads and went to like 90 concerts over 2 years including 19 dead shows. We found much better stuff along the way, and one of my buddies had a rich grandpa who left him money, so he bought everything that looked good. There was 1 kind called G13, supposedly the G stood for Government, and this was strain #13. Who knows if it even really was G13 or if the story was true, but it was far and away the best stuff I ever smoked back in the day. He threw everything in a big tupperware and let it mix up, but I always knew when we smoked the G13. Who knows how it would stack up to 2020 weed strains.

@Nothingshocking I remember when G13 was hitting the streets hard. It use to be super popular on the West Coast. As of now my favorite strain is Elusive Soda. Blueberry x OG Kush. (Created by a local grower.) I have seen slimier genetics online but nothing that looks like this cut. Very heavy on the blueberry plant growth and yeild while resembling the OG bud structure. mmmmm mmm mm…

Sounds a bit like blackberry kush, one of my favorites! Can’t go wrong with heritage of either blueberry or OG kush. I’ll have to keep an eye out if I see something like that. :v:

what type of difference between cloudy and amber affect wise and taste wise?

Hi All

Sorry to bust in, but this is the most difficult forum I’ve ever been a part of to start a convo and get a thang happening! How do you register a post?

Anyway. Here goes. Are there any genetics from New Zealand going on the market?

Being an old Kiwi I’m sure there are strains of some repute over there worth a look. I can vouch for that.

Cheers

G13 is definitely a good forget what I was trying to do high, they put out G6 which gives you more of the I’m going to get what I forgot I was doing some type high

Agent orange - some phenos present strong citrus taste and smell, overall fun to grow and good smoke

Chem dawg - huge massive colas and a high that will knock the back of your brain pan off

Hey Bob!

G13. Where can I get a hold of that?
I was a fan of what was called Te Puke Thunder way back when and it would be a blast to get some genetics. I suspect these old strains are long gone now

I have to go with a strain called “Unknown Soldier”. It was the personal stash of a grower friend in NorCal. It was amazing smoke. Smooth, tasty, and really strong.
The guy would never give anything over an oz up to me and I had grown with him off and on for 6 years. I wish it was still around. Lost the strain 2 years ago. CAN YOU SAY FOREST FIRE!

While I am a huge fan of my ILGM seeds as I have had 100% germination from them, as have my friends I have shared seeds with, there are other seed banks. Home Grown Cannabis has G13. Their germination rate for me was 50/50 but they are cheerful and will replace seeds quickly, like within a week, so not a big deal. I don’t know the shipping logistics of New Zealand. I guess my big surprise was how anti-cannabis NZ is. I guess that would be the downside of living in paradise but with all that green, stealth grows look easier than when you live in a harsh desert southwest USA environ as I do, where anything green sticks out like a sore thumb.

I am sorry you struggled with the forum and hope you come back! Good luck on your seed shopping. I will say this, if ILGM, HGC, and Seedman or one of the rare seeds dealers do not have a strain, yet you see it on another seed bank site, with horrible reviews, you are not getting what your ordered. I want Snoops Dream but for now it is only available in clones. Yet one shady site sells the seeds, I know that is not Snoops Dream.

I love seed genetic research and really do not know anything about NZ strains but now my interest is peaked and will do some reading about what your lovely piece of our planet has to offer and I can bet you have some super nice stuff there with that volcanic soil and climate.

@KikiGee I am interested in Snoops Dream also. I read that it is a cross between Blue Dream and Master Kush , don’t know. I found a seed bank that has this but they cross bread purple punch into snoops dream if I read it right, so is it there version of snoops dream. thanks  :bat:
