I’m looking into the jacks. How big af a bag of each do you get, and how long does it last ?
I’m going fox farms trio for my first attempt, but jacks seems easier to use from what I hear
I purchased the smaller bag because I was moving and didn’t want to move a huge one.
I’m still working out the same bags since I ordered it, (2.2 lbs) over a year ago.
Visually it doesn’t look like much is missing. I could weigh it later… lol.

This is my 2nd grow with Jack’s now and same as @Covertgrower said it barley looks like I’ve used any at all I also have the 2lb bags id say over all should last 4 to 5 grows easily but you can also buy the big bags that will last a long time

Just ordered both. Now I have to go get epsom salts.
Should I worry about flushing the fox farms trio out before I use jacks ? Or should I finish the flowering plants with FF ?
I’ll post a picture of my flowering baby tonight when I can open the tent !

The first two pictures are an ilgm northern lights auto, the last picture is an ilgm blueberry auto, that had some crazy mutation the first several weeks, then went into flower.

I’d check my ppms at runoff and use jacks accordingly

I personally would just continue using the fox farms for the rest of youre current grow im not a fan of mixing different nutes from other companies and especially with autos i feel that even more i wouldn’t wana risk stress or lock out but if you do choose to do so do what @Chasfitter said above

I think I’m gonna stay with the FF trio for the remainder of this one.
One another note, has anyone had any issues placing orders on ilgm ? I can’t get past the address screen…

Helped a buddy with some trimming over the weekend 10 plants in total and kept all the gloves for some finger hash boy oh boy does this little booger put me on my ass lmao mix of lsd,Chemdog, Strawberry Caugh,Black Berry Kush,Blueberry, and green crack lol

Been gone for the last week for a dog show down in OK but back now my ohh my have the girls grew lmfao had a close family friend watch over and take care of the 3 while gone and dam they are doing amazing im on my 4th week of flower and the bud sites are POPPING haha hopefully I can do 1 last lite defoliation cause the tent needs it lol

Thanks man I appreciate it this is my 4th grow in the last year so im gradually trying new things to find what works best for my style of growing so far realy like scroging and lst lol
@Covertgrower @Chasfitter do either of you 2 defoliate and if so when should be the last time I defoliate ive heard and read 3 to 4 weeks into flower but not sure what to do

I’m not as aggressive on defol as I should be. But yes definitely 3-4 weeks clean up the junk underneath the canopy.
I usually continue taking leaves that are dying until harvest. Last 2 weeks before I know it’s time, I take everything I can off to save trimming later.

Yes 3-4 weeks and make sure bud sites aren’t covered and I also do a clean up at 6 weeks
