My ex did that to me in our teens when we were dating. She took me to a friends farm and they put me on the one no one could ride (or wanted to) but they didn’t tell me. I had never ridden. That thing was stubborn as a mule, until it went frikkin crazy (ok, maybe a prodded her too much). Never have a got back on a horse, scared the crap outta me.

Hi @BIGE,

Thanks for the tag! I’ll be watching. I would love to no longer have to deal with to watering and this could give me the flexibility of going away without being worried about the ladies drying out.

Is this your first Autopot grow? Or have you done more of them?

Can you provide a summary of the good and the bad?

Thanks!

Right on, I was thinking I would order the kit that comes with two XL SmartPots. I’m in a tiny tent so that’s about as much as I would want to squeeze in there.

get ready for some fast growing, supersized plants!
i use advanced nutrients as well…

Hahah maybe I should just do a single one then? I’m in a 20"x36"x62" tent which equates to 5sq/ft.

yea,you may get the two pot and get another tent inline with yours…put the res.outside for access…

do one pot only and scrog it or do very minimal veg time if going autopots in such a small tent. i have one tent like that with autopots and definetly after flowering stretch it was too full loll, never again puttin two APs in there, and im going to scrog next time. autopots grows big plants.

I see, so you’re saying get the two pot system, but only put 1 pot per tent. Reservoir definitely outside of the tent, this thing is tiny!

I agree with you, I feel a single plant and scrog is the way to go in this size. That’s actually what I’m doing with felt/coco right now. I have a backup plant in case I kill my main (newbie here) but definitely single 5 gallon pot and a net.

I’m wondering if I can just get the two pot system, but only really run 1 pot for now, then I’ll be ready for expansion in the future.

Or is it just as easy to start with a 1 pot kit then expand to 2 pots in the future?

they sell extension, so you could get one Smart pot XL and decide if its too much for a small tent and go for the 3.9gal or something., they all work with aquavalves

I think I’ll custom build my kit because the 1 and 2 pot systems come with a hard plastic tank, I want the flex tank that I can store and collapse when needed.

I’ll work with them over the phone when the time to order comes around.

def get the flex tank, the hose that goes from it is much bigger so you only need a small length of the small tubing to connect to the aquavalve, less chance of clogs I guess.
