Vpd is telling me my rh needs to be at 75-80 but it’s been at 40-60 till I got around to looking into it and no issues, should I follow vpd or no? I got negative pressure intake and exhaust

I personally don’t chase VPD numbers, as longs as the temps and RH are in range for the specific growth stage my plants are happy

RH at 40 - 60 is fine for veg. You’ll want to under 50 in flowering.
Most growers don’t bother chasing VPD.
