Probably. I am getting another bottle of silica blast.
I think it will frost them good. They are forming and evapping. At fall I bet they get sticky icky. Going long.
Ok folks another observation.
Average temps of 95°
Trichome production is furious but by 8pm they are toast.
Overnight I am getting great production.
Silica blast is a great additive for several of these heat related issues.
I have neglected to use it this trial summer run.
I am ordering it now and will finish them off with it.

Observations
Indica heavy despises the heat. Flowers doing fine but fans curling on both Indica. Tells me they want it cooler.
Sativa heavy love it. No stress issues and good flower bulking.
Experiment is progressing very well. Learning a lot.

Temps broke. 90’s niw and down it will go.
40+ days over 100 here. Plant averages day 92-97.
Observations.
Struggle to veg.
Flowers doing well but not as large.
Trichs form well overnight but burn off in heat of day. Added silica.
NO COLORS!!!
The Grape Fanta says F.U. I am ripening pull me.
The little indica had a lot of color potential but she is ripening also.
The Sativa heavy are doing Sativa thing. Good spacing. Strong bulking. Shrugging off the heat.

Well folks experiment over.
Findings.
Cannabis, both Sativa and Indica, can handle 90+ heat and grow.
Indica
HATES it and ripened faster, smaller buds, less veg. Less trichs.
Sativa
Not a lot of change. A little slower veg. Flower is doing GREAT! BULKING. Weather broke and trichs started getting heavy.
The difference in Indica and Sativa reactions was very noticeable.
Looks like fast flower Sativa for summer and mixes for rest of year.

Nice work @Storm and harvest congrats! I grew 2 Afghan in the garage here headed into summer. They are good but trichs did suffer.
